We provide a trusted alternative to a nursing home for those in need of non-medical in-home care. Non-medical in-home care focuses on helping seniors with the daily activities they need to engage in life and remain safe and healthy.

Customized Care -  Because Stay Home Senior Services will create a tailored “Stay Home” plan just for you. Your care plan will be created for you to maintain your health and safety.  We believe that quality is more important than quantity. Every individual matters, and our dedicated care team knows each of our clients, we conduct monthly quality service calls and scheduled service visits to ensure that each client receives the best care available. At Stay Home Senior Services, you are more than a number, you are family.

Schedule Flexibility - We discuss your ideal care schedule and will work to get your schedule needs met. With the staffing shortage, if we cannot meet your requested time we will provide you with available care time options you can choose form, all the while keeping your ideal schedule in mind as the end goal. 

Qualified, Vetted, and Trained CNAs and Care Providers - All of our caregivers must undergo a competency test before they enter the field. We conduct onsite visits which we use as a way to observe our team in the field. We also conduct monthly meetings and mini-training exercises, which are used to keep our staff up-to-date on knowledge and skills they need. All of these steps are taken to ensure our caregivers are qualified, compassionate, and knowledgeable.

Consistent Care Providers - We believe that having dedicated care teams makes all the difference in the quality of care. We strive to assign and keep each client with the the same care team members. This helps ease stress and anxiety and promotes positive relationship building between our clients and care providers. 

Care Communication  -  We know that our agency is only one piece of the puzzle when it comes to an individuals care plan. We do our very best to work with other parts of our clients healthcare system. This includes communicating with the clients primary care physician, and providing extra help to clients if they are in an assisted living center, or hospital. It is through teamwork and communication that our clients are able to receive the very best care. 

Family Support - We care not only about our client, but about their family too. We understand that the family members are also providing care to their loved one long before we meet them. That is why we conduct free in-home consultations for anyone who thinks it may be time to get a little help. During the consult we assess the individual and answer any questions the family members may have.

We believe it is important to keep the family informed on what their loved one is doing. This is accomplished in 3 ways;

1. All changes in health conditions are properly documented and communicated to the healthcare team accordingly.
2. You will be able to contact the care management team regarding your loved ones care plan at any time.
3. You will be able to login to the family portal, at any time, to view your loved ones care plan, task logs and notes about what happened each day.
