Hospice Support

Our care team is here to offer assistance for those who are receiving palliative or hospice care. We are not a palliative care or hospice care provider, however, we do offer additional support to those receiving these forms of care. Our care team assists the care recipient with activities of daily living that you find you need additional support with. 

Whether it is to provide additional peace of mind, relief for the family or to assist with completion of daily cares; Stay Home Senior services can help bridge any gaps in care you feel you or your loved one may be experiencing. We adopt a collaborative care approach and are happy to work with other care agencies, like hospice, to ensure total client care is happening. 

Depending on the type of care, and requirements for care you may find that while you are receiving palliative care that you are still in need more help. That is where we can offer our helping hands to ensure all your daily care needs are being met.
